Our new branding has been a work in progress that began in early September 2010. We have worked hard to ensure we capture the essence of Contrans Flatbed in a graphic and distinguishable way. We gathered input from staff, drivers, and core customers through a detailed interview process in which they were asked a multitude of questions about the company in order to get a feel for who we are and what we do, both on a business level and a personal level. Because of this process, our branding belongs to all of us. We are a proud group and take pleasure in sharing our company with you.

In accordance with the Ontario amalgamation that occurred in March 2011, we also created an Ontario brand that mirrored the National brand. The amalgamation brought 4 individually operating divisions under one umbrella – Contrans Flatbed Group, therefore each is represented in the designed brand as a way to utilize their current brand equity as we build more equity in the Contrans name.

During this process, we also established a tagline: COURAGE TO GO FAR. This is representative of our courage and willingness to grow, diversify and further establish ourselves in the industry. We are always looking for new opportunities while never losing site of our current goals and direction. We believe this helps us stand out among the crowd.
